Cilantro Chutney Recipe

Buy locally grown organic ingredients, if possible
1 1/2 cups cilantro leaves, washed
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera), roasted
1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes (optional)
1 Tablespoon lime juice, more as needed
Rock salt (saindhav salt) to taste

Recipe Serves 4-6
Directions:
Grind cilantro, ginger, chills, and cumin in a food processor to a smooth paste.
Add lime juice and salt. Mix well and store the chutney in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
