Buy locally grown organic ingredients, if possible
2 medium ripe avocados (slightly soft to the touch)
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 dried red chilies (optional)
1 tablespoon lime juice, more as needed
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
Rock salt (saindhav salt) to taste

Recipe Serves 3-4
Directions:
Slice avocados in half, scoop out the inside into a mixing bowl. Keep the seed aside and roughly mash the avocados using a fork.
Fold in the finely chopped onion, cilantro, and chilies. Add fresh lime juice, salt and cumin powder to taste. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients and enjoy.
